Frequently Asked Questions

Haptic feedback not working?

• Ensure your device supports haptic feedback (iPhone 7 and above)
• Check Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics is enabled
• Ensure your phone is not in silent mode (silent mode may disable haptics on some devices)

Sound not playing?

• Check your device volume settings
• Ensure no Bluetooth devices are connected (sound may be routed to headphones)
• Check if in-app sound is enabled in Settings

How to switch slider modes?

In the dropdown menu at the top of the main interface, you can switch between 5 slider modes: Classic, Dial, Grid, Edge Arc, Thumb Arc.

How to switch themes?

Tap the settings button (gear icon) in the top right to switch between 7 theme styles: Neon, Minimal, Cyberpunk, Sakura, Pixel, Retro, Liquid Glass (iOS 26+).

How to use random exploration?

Tap the dice button to randomly generate new haptic sequences. Free users can explore 3 times per day, Pro users have unlimited access. Discovered sequences can be saved to your favorites.

How to save haptic sequences?

After finding a haptic sequence you like in random exploration, tap the save button (download icon) to save it. Free users can save up to 3 sequences, Pro users have unlimited access.

How to customize haptics and sound effects?

Tap the settings button in the top right → Custom Haptics (Pro feature) to create and edit your own haptic sequences. Pro users can also customize sound effects, setting different sounds for each haptic type.

How to share and import haptic sequences?

Long-press on a saved sequence to generate a QR code for sharing. Scan the QR code to import haptic sequences created by other users (Pro feature).

How to adjust slider position and size?

Tap the lock button at the bottom to unlock the slider layout. After unlocking, you can drag the slider position and use two-finger pinch to adjust size. Tap the lock button again after adjustment to save the position.

What features does Pro version have?

After unlocking Pro, you get the following features:

• Unlimited random exploration
• Unlimited saved haptic sequences
• Custom haptic editor
• Custom sound design
• Import/export haptic sequences
• Access to all preset haptic sequences

How to restore Pro permissions after purchase?

If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can tap the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings, and the system will automatically verify your Pro purchase record.
